Was NOT a rouse to get a free night instead I got FREE HIVES. Not good enough, they wanted direct proof to show it was their bedding… what kind of test/lab could even prove that? 0/10 customer service. For the record, I showed the manager the doctors record of assessment and treatment. I’m healthy with no known allergies it was gross, painful, and all over my body. STAY AWAY! it’s not worth maybe getting sick and they didn’t care. Hotel failed to demonstrate any responsibility or hospitality. Hotel management never once said sorry or did anything to help. I’m 99.9% sure something in the room and/or bedding caused it. RUN! Felt normal when I checked in and I woke up covered in hives. Traveling through the area, I needed a cheap place to sleep and crash for the night. I normally don’t write reviews but I had the worst stay of my life at the North Coast Inn.
